Save the date for the next CATS Forum (Children As Actors For Transforming Society) that will be held at Caux, Switzerland from 29 July to 4 August 2017.
The guiding principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, is that every child has the right to participation and that it should be inclusive for even the most marginalized. CATS 2017 will explore how children all around the world are creating an inclusive world.
Together with street children, those with disabilities and children experiencing war, the CATS 2017 Forum will gather a diverse group to focus on “Children and Inclusion.” Through understanding different circumstances, highlighting true stories and good practice, and creating a unique space where children and adults are partners in transforming society, CATS will be a model to inspire others.
