This video lesson talks about the age characteristics of children.

Every child goes through several stages in his/her development. Knowing the age characteristics allows us to better understand the child, to understand his/her emotions and behavior, build a positive relationship with the child. Also, this way we can identify and behaviors that do not match the child's age period.

This lesson is part of the Video-Course "Key Aspects of Child Protection" produced by Terre des homes Moldova. The course is made of 10 video-lessons (7 available in English) for specialists working in child protection or are in contact with children in their work, but also for the general public, regarding key aspects of child protection, particularly focusing on the protection of children in contact with the justice system.
