To enrol and take courses in the Childhub Academy you need to be logged in to Childhub.

Learn why despite being encouraged to come forward about bullying and tell their teachers at school, children can be recultant to report it. This course will help understand the risks children face before and after telling their teachers about it. This course will help to idenitfy the complex nature of bullying and the most appropriate ways to respond to it. Upon completion of this course, you will have learnt strategies to help reduce bullying in your own school and classroom.

The following topics will be covered in the course: 

  • Current data on student reporting of bullying
  • Research based insights to help educators understand the complexity of bullying
  • Strategies to address the problem at a student level, classroom level and school level

This course is designed for teachers, leaders, support staff, and volunteers working schools who have a duty of care for children.

The duration of this course is two weeks - one hour per week.
