Between November 24-26 2015, the Centre for Excellence for Looked After Children in Scotland (CELCIS) and ChildHub have organised the first 'training of trainers' session for professionals from 8 countries of South East Europe. The purpose of the three-day training - the first of two - was to further develop the skills of the professionals (social workers, academics, NGO workers) in consultancy, mentoring, coaching as well as training. Ian Milligan and Irene Stevens describe the content and experience of the training that took place in Budapest.
