Seven INSPIRE strategies for ending violence against children is a compilation of effective, evidence-based interventions to support countries in ending violence against children. Measures recommended have proven to be effective in different countries around the world and can easily be tailored to the local context and local needs. Any organization committed to protecting children can find measures to implement or get inspired by and develop new solutions, including actors from public, private and civil sector. While the Seven Strategies are described in detail in the INSPIRE Handbook, the INSPIRE partnership produced a complementary resource: INSPIRE Indicators Guidance and Results Framework. The document includes a set of core indicators and detailed guidance on how to define and measure these indicators, as well as a results framework. The aim of the INSPIRE partnership is to provide a way for governments and partners to implement INSPIRE strategies in practice, tools to monitor changes across sites and over time, and to better align global and national efforts to create a better evidence base on violence against children. In this short video, you can find out more about the indicators, how to define and measure them!
