Is it possible the school to be a place where children and young people can speak freely in their own language about difficult but current topics, vitally important but taboo topics. Discussing and analyzing topics relevant to young people related to gender-based violence and other types of violence is a way to overcome prejudice and stereotyped thinking and behaviour. Such a space was created in 31  "Ivan Vazov" school in the city of Sofia, which is one of the partners in the "Stories about the power of difference" project implemented by the "Reflective Learning-Bulgaria" association with the financial support of the "Europe 2022" Program of the Sofia Municipality.

As part of the project, a podcast was held with teachers and students talking about the topic of violence prevention. To see more about the project and the podcast click here: https://reflectivelearningbg.com/aktyalno/podcast31/?fbclid=IwAR1CP-QcTM92SspdWNEaRfn08KbJ_zLnI0NWdLAScCvi1Q2FHSHoBdtTiJE
