The material posted online of the CSE and Policing Knowledge Hub had featured the "Experts by Experience" group, which is a youth-friendly initiative, with the objective of exploring possible techniques for police services to improve their protective measures directed toward youth. In October, work was conducted in the Lake District, and had further featured "Experts by Experience" participants who were joined with police authorities from across the United Kingdom in order to attempt to address relevant issues. Furthermore, it was mandated to craft and develop realistic solutions to better the approaches taken by the police when responding to youth who are afflicted by problems pertaining to protection.

The "Experts by Experience" participants along with law enforcement, have been acting in unison on a task known as "Marginal Gains" and through the collaborative works between these two parties, resources have been produced for law enforcement personal to strengthen police intervention with young people, while contributing to the betterment of safeguarding practices.

A poster illustrates ways for officers to socialize with young people, while a short clip explores how police officers can support young individuals who are in need of protection following their experiences of sexual abuse.
