Prompted by the completion of the second year of the "My Body, My Rights" project of the Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association (BFPA), two round-table conferences were held in Yambol ( 24 September 2020) and Montana (28 September 2020). The need for and benefits of family planning were discussed at both, with a special focus on vulnerable communities. During these meetings, a summary was made of the activities of the project thus far, as well as plans for its third year. Among those present were municipal representatives, members of the Regional Health Inspectorate and Regional Health Insurance Fund, health mediators, health specialists, representatives of local NGOs and community support centers, social workers, and most importantly, members of the target communities in which the activities are implemented.

Among the highlights of these round-tables was a presentation of short animation products of the BFPA: "Family Planning" and "Pregnancy with a Smile". Communication channels that work best in the Roma community, the role of self-help groups and health mediators, the difficulties caused by COVID-19 and other issues were also discussed. Dr. Radosveta Stamenkova, executive director of BFPA, and Petar Tsvetanov, local project coordinator, summarized what has been done so far in Montana. Tsveta Petkova, member of the board of NNHM, and Kina Assenova, local project coordinator, summarized the progress made in Yambol.

Talks on the future of the project covered expanding existing activities and introducing new ones in the third year. The views of field workers and young people from target communities were seriously taken into account in regards to future steps in the project. An emphasis was placed on information activities for HIV and STI prevention among young people through community information campaigns and the use of thematic BFPA video productions in schools, which proved successful in Kosharnik and Ogosta, and will be repeated in more locations, including downtown Montana.
