Human Rights Watch writes that: "Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras should take the opportunity to address pressing concerns about the fate of refugees and asylum seekers in his speech today before the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly."

The article goes on to express concern at the prospects of the forced movement of refugees and migrants to Turkey where many have already come from and which does not necessarilly represent a place of safety for them.
