According to the Council of Europe, ''in the final working days of 2017, the organisation received confirmation of important financial support for the second phase of the project on the European Qualifications Passport for Refugees from Italy and Norway''.

''Greece had earlier confirmed that it will also provide support. Along with an allocation in the Council of Europe’s ordinary budget this support will ensure that the project can be launched as planned in spring 2018. Further support will be required from the project to be implemented fully over three years''.
