Participants learnt about the development of the Social Innovation Fund, key objectives at the time of creation, about the biggest achievements that have happened in the social welfare system while the Fund was functioning but also about crucial obstacles and reasons for not continuing it.

Besides that, experts from these countries who chose to learn more about Serbian example of promising practice, had a chance to visit two different community-based services in Serbia – one of the first grantees  of Social Innovation Fund. The first service that they have visited was a Day Care Center for Children and Youth with disabilities and the second one was Drop in Shelter of Center for Youth Integration – service that is dedicated to street involved children.
