On October 15, a children's rights conference, 'From Silence to Spoken WordsPannonhalma Children's Rights Symposium', will be held in Pannonhalma, organized by the Pannonhalma Archabbey and the Hintalovon Children's Rights Foundation.

The conference aims to initiate a dialogue between the church and secular schools and practitioners, on how to change the internal climate of a school to make it more secure, to 'lose its secrets', and to achieve a transparent and secure educational environment.

Former victims will speak out at the conference, and participating school principals and children will talk about child protection in their own schools.

As part of the symposium, the Pannonhalma Archabbey and the Hintalovon Children's Rights Foundation will publish a free Child Protection Policy and Guide through the Safe Schools program.
