The Wall Street Journal reports that along Europe’s longest border fence, a summer encampment of migrants is attempting to wait its way into Hungary. As thousands of migrants roam the Balkans, taking advantage of the warm season in search of a route north, hundreds are camping out at this Hungarian border checkpoint. A metallic gate topped with razor wire here offers entry into the European Union. Once a day, Hungarian authorities open the passage, pick 30 asylum seekers and let them through.
