Migrant crisis: EU puts deal to Turkey at Brussels summit

The BBC reports that EU leaders at meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in Brussels in an effort to reach an agreement over the migrant crises. The EU proposal would mean that Turkey will take back every migrant who crosses over into Greece from Turkey. In return, Turkey will recieve financial assistance to cope with the millions of migrants already within its borders. The EU will also take one migrant already registered in refugee camps, for every migrant sent back to Turkey.
