On the occasion of the World Social Work Day (19 March), the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Montenegro signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Montenegro.

On behalf of the Faculty of Political Sciences, the Memorandum was signed by the Dean, Milan Markovic, PhD, and on behalf of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare by the Director of the Directorate for Social and Child Protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr. Goran Kusevija.
In addition to the successful cooperation in the field of implementation of student practice, the Memorandum also envisages cooperation through scientific research activities, within which joint participation in the application processes for international scientific research projects is possible.

Also, organization of joint scientific meetings, public debates, symposia, round tables is envisaged in order to improve the socio-political debate and activities in Montenegro as well as acquainting students of the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Montenegro with strategic documents and action plans within which social policy of Montenegro is planned and publishing activity.
