‘World Bulletin’ reports on UN statement on the World Refugee Day which is held every year June 20. This year, UN called for more active involvement into the world conflicts and its consequences, help to stop the ongoing crisis in Syria, Iraq, Ukraine or South Sudan. According to UNHCR, currently worldwide, there are about 60 million of displaced people, 20 million of refugees, and a half of them are children. The crises are accelerating, the number of refugees is growing, and the necessity of humanitarian aid is increasing. Therefore, according to the UNHCR, there are only two options: either watch the crises developing, or manage them. This statement reminded about importance of humanity, tolerance and empathy to the others.
