In this report Special Representative outlined the activities undertaken in the period of December 2016-2017 and the achievements made in combating violations against children. The report also addresses challenges in relation to strengthening the protection of children affected by armed conflict and defines a set of recommendations addressed to the Human Rights Council and Member States aiming to contribute to the protection of children’s rights.
