This article presents a brief description of the Monitoring and Evaluation Structure used for evaluating social, cultural and practical impacts of projects. The structure is developed by a community-based public art organization called Artolution. With the belief that the process of creating collaborative art can help diverse communities come together in times of conflict and social turmoil to address the challenges they face, Artolution seeks to ignite positive social change. Artolution has a number of projects in 30 countries across the Middle East, Africa, North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The structure is developed in partnership with the Population Council and in cooperation with Teachers College, Columbia University.
