In order to identify strengths and weaknesses, future challenges, existing potential and better functioning of services on child protection, KOMF has received support from UNICEF Kosovo office to draft an assessment of KOMF 's internal needs in order to analyze strengths and weaknesses and based on this assessment, develop a plan that will serve as a guide for KOMF towards fulfillment of the noble mission for the protection of children's rights in Kosovo.

The results of this research and the steps which will be undertaken by KOMF in the coming years are presented in this report.
