This document is a report with recommendations issued by the Ombudsperson of Republic of Kosovo related to the issue of children in street situation in the country. 

This report aims to (a) analyze the phenomenon of children in street situation, (b) to identify violation of children's rights, as well as (c) to draw attention of responsible institutions to take appropriate action in order to protect children in street situation.
