The Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development has enabled all children of elementary school age, who were in reception centers for migrants, to attend classes from last school year.

The Expert Manual for the Inclusion of Refugees/Asylum Seekers pupils in the educational system was adopted, which stipulates that the school must prepare and implement the Plan of support for migrant children.

The Manual was created within the project "Support to Refugees/Asylum Seekers pupils in the territory of the Republic of Serbia" implemented by the Center for Educational Policies in partnership with UNICEF in Serbia and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.
