According to UNHCR, 5,306,503 people have now fled Syria. Children make up 47.5% of the refugee population, corresponding to an estimate of 2,530,589 refugee children.

Save the Children has worked in the Middle East for decades. Since July 2012, Save the Children has been running an emergency response campaign to raise money for humanitarian interventions in Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Turkey, and Syria. The response has been 83.9% sponsored to date. This external dashboard reviews updated information from November 2017, on the progress that has been made in response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
