Through 10 meetings, a group of 11 young people, who have spent part of their life in institutions, in their capacity as consultants for the Know-How Centre, identified problems, related to the care for children and gave recommendations in the following areas: 

Support for the biological family (prevention of the placement of children in institutions and reintegration in their biological or extended family) 

Life in resident care, preparation and transfer of the children from the institutions to community.

Preparation of experts working with children. 

Management and funding of the deinstitutionalization process.
