Terre des hommes Foundation Mission in Albania and Kosovo in partnership with six local partners (ARSIS and Different & Equal in Albania, Open Gate/ La Strada in Macedonia, SOS Hotline for Women and Children Victims of Violence Niksic in Montenegro, Hope and Homes for Children and The Center for Protection of Victims and Prevention of Trafficking in Human Beings (PVPT) in Kosovo) is implementing the project: Improving provision of services and awareness to combat trafficking in Persons in the Balkans, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo.
The project aims to strengthen the transnational collaboration between the four countries of the project in identifying and assisting victims/potential victims of trafficking (Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro and Kosovo).
Purpose of the service
In order for this newly endorsed transnational case management mechanism to be fully functional, the project will develop adequate learning tools responding to the learning needs of professionals in the region. The Unified national SOPs will be complemented by User Guidelines and SOP training materials. Next, the project will build protection capacities to ensure that professionals belonging to multi-sectorial groups and protection- relevant sectors in the target countries also internalize key protection principles of the SOPs through training sessions.
In the frame of this call the consultant will:
- Produce User’s Guide of the Unified SOPs for Transnational Cooperation and Case Management and make the necessary adaptations to be user friendly;
- Prepare the module of training of professionals on implementation of Unified SOPs; and
- Deliver one regional training on Unified SOPs.
- To develop recommendations and guidance to Macedonia on the process needed for the latest to adopt the Unified SOPs for Transnational Cooperation and Case Management, feeding it to the national structures to be functional
