Sаve the Children Ukraine is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator based in Slavyansk, with possible travels around Ukraine (GCA, NGCA) and abroad.

The MEAL Coordinator’s role is to provide essential support to Save the Children’s programmes by supporting the quality assurance system, build capacity at field level to deliver against Save the Children’s operating standards and to support the development of proposals and programme. He/She will ensure strong monitoring and evaluations systems and harness staff capacity to ensure that SCI programmes are implemented in a quality manner and are accountable to beneficiaries and donors. Further, the MEAL Coordinator will be expected to lead on MEAL system design and implementation, evaluations, assessments, MEAL budgeting, and recruitment. The MEAL Coordinator will support the Programs Development and Quality Manager to develop strong evidence-based proposals, log frame, gather intelligence on the donor landscape in Ukraine and work with the Partnership Coordinator to build strategic partnerships.
