The International Organization for Migration (IOM) are looking for an individual for the position Social Worker – Safety Zone for Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children to join their ranks as soon as possible in Sofia, Bulgaria under an hourly contract. The position is part of the project “Protection of vulnerable migrants and assisted voluntary return and reintegration support” and the successful candidate will provide support/case management to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children accommodated in the Safety Zone located within the Registration and Reception Centre (RRC) Sofia - Voenna Rampa, managed by the State Agency for Refugees (SAR).

The requirements for candidates include a university degree, bachelor’s or higher in Social Work or a related field with 2 years of relevant professional experience OR a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant professional experience. In addition, the successful candidate must be fluent in both Bulgarian and English.
