Rumen Petrov is a person with a complex professional identity. He started as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. During his encouters with psychiatric care within the community he has come to an understanding of the importance of institutions, policies, written and unwritten rules that influence the quality of our co-existence. As for the power embodied in these policies, institutions, rules (written and unwritten). Or in short - to social work.
