This webinar, presented by Dr. Jill McTavish and Dr. Harriet MacMillan of McMaster University, will highlight their comprehensive review from the June 2019 issue of Child Abuse and Neglect: The International Journal of the research on the relationship between child sexual abuse (CSA) disclosure patterns and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They will also discuss VEGA (Violence, Evidence, Guidance, Action), a Canadian public health response that includes guidance for providers on recognizing and responding safely to family violence and CSA.
