Join us for a series of 4 webinars on topics in the field of emotional literacy that are the basis for understanding a child's psychological functioning. Understanding these topics will enable professionals involved in child protection activities and services a higher level of empathy for children, improve their capacities and abilities to recognize personal emotions and the child's internal processes, and further improve the quality of relationships they build with children. In addition to theoretical explanations, all the above topics will also contain examples from the lecturer's practice, which can contribute to the students' training to understand the theory in a more concrete way and to recognize the ways of applying the theory in practical work.

The lecturer is Saša Risojević, a supervised psychologist and TA psychotherapist who has many years of experience working with children and families at risk within the Day Care Center for Children in Banja Luka. As a certified emotional literacy trainer, he has held a series of trainings and workshops with children and families. Since 2019, he has been the director of the Association "New Generation", which, in addition to the Day Center, provides the services of the Counseling Line for Children "Blue Phone", and the Reception Station for children caught wandering and begging.
