Emotions are an extremely important part of human nature. When we are cut off from them, we lose the essential quality of our human abilities. By recognizing our feelings and learning how to manage them, as well as listening to other people and reacting to their emotions, we increase our personal power.

The webinar is based on the book "Schooling the Heart" by Claude Steiner, a transaction analyst, and tries to answer the following questions: How to train the heart? What are the typical emotional mistakes? How do people save by receiving and giving love? How to influence the emotional development of others? Where are you on the emotional awareness scale?
