Start and finish time of webinar
2pm CET

About the webinar:

If you’re like our two presenters, maybe you have also accidentally found yourself in the world of EU projects: keeping track of As and Bs, budgets and boarding passes, checking proof of payments and timesheets, wondering if you need an amendment that or if there is a maximum threshold you don’t know about. No matter your experience level, you are all the time learning by doing and making a good-faith effort to keep up with the expectations and applicable rules – which appear to shift year-to-year or even person-to-person.

And the question lingers in the back of your mind: what would an EU auditor say?

Join this webinar to find out what the EU auditor did say in a recent audit on a project funded by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme 2014-2020. We will share the process and outcomes of the audit, along with some lessons learned. We hope this helps to demystify the world of EU project administration, and that by the end of the webinar you have some ideas of what you are probably doing right and how to improve your project administration processes.

Disclaimer: this is just our experience with this particular project, and with this particular auditor. Please refer to your grant agreement, guide for applicants, all other applicable documentation and your project officer for the official word of what is expected for your specific project and programming year.
