About the webinar:

From tests to tryouts, children are faced with obstacles nearly every day. However, children may view these obstacles as insurmountable leading to an increase in negative self-talk and difficult emotional states causing children to lose interest in learning skills and subjects. In this webinar, Paul Sullivan, MS, examines the concepts of resiliency and grit from positive psychology, and discuss ways in which parents can help transform their child’s negative thinking and enhance positive emotions to help children foster a resilient mindset.
