Five team members of Terre des hommes in Jordan and Lebanon will present the NGO's response to the Syrian crisis in the Middle East. The main objective of this webinar is to exchange experiences between project and staff providing services to children and families at the Syrian border (Irbid & Mafraq for Jordan, Tyr and Saida for South Lebanon) with their peers in Western Balkans and Central Europe delivering services to the same population along the migration routes.

The discussion will include an update about the situation in the Middle East, and practical tools and hints proposed to social workers about cultural interaction with Arabic refugees and migrants, the main child protection issues detected on the field, the kind of activities developed to respond to the needs, especially psychosocial support.
