Younger adults are a category that are different from adolescents, but also adults with psychological, social and moral development. Scientific knowledge of biology and psychology suggests that maturing processes are completing from the age of 18 to 25. Therefore, according to many authors, 18 year should not be the limit of two developmental phases of a person, nor a clear disaggregation towards adulthood.  How many younger adults appear as perpetrators of criminal and misdemeanor offenses, how they are sanctioned and who should have special knowledge about these young people, the speakers above will speak at the Round table.

The Round Table Moderator will be: Dr. Lana Petö Kujundžić, Judge of the County Court in Zagreb

Who is invited: social workers, special pedagogues, judges, psychologists, pedagogues, state attorneys, police officers, attorneys, ombudsmen, educators, teachers, professors, expert associates for youth, counselors, children and youth experts, non-governmental organizations and students of human sciences.
