Start and finish time of webinar
2pm CEST

About the webinar:

We are pleased to invite you to a webinar with Dr Judie Gannon, Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management (Coaching and Mentoring) Business School, and Dr Peter Jackson, Senior Lecturer in Adult, Professional and Lifelong Learning at Oxford Brookes University.

In an hour long session they will discuss the concepts of mentoring and coaching, explaining differences between the two concepts, as well as key principles any mentor or coach should know. Doctors Gannon and Jackson will also present the Guidance on Coaching and Mentoring Practice for Child Protection Professionals, they have developed in cooperation with Tdh Albania. The session will review how to make best use of the Guidance in practice and improve your coaching and mentoring skills. Before opening the floor for your questions, they will share their extensive experiences of working with organizations from different fields, the challenges organizations face in relation to setting up and implementing effective mentoring/coaching support  and some good practices to address those challenges.
