Terre des hommes Hellas, with the support of UNICEF, is hosting a webinar on Staff Well-being under COVID-19 crisis, in a series related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar focuses on Tips & Coping Strategies that could help a person deal with stress reactions and develop a self-care plan. It is designed for all professionals working with refugee & migrant populations -in the mainland and the reception islands, at I/NGOs or State actors,- with a focus on practical tips they can use to manage stress, and ultimately be in a better position to support refugee and migrant children and families.
Eleftheria Aravidou is a Social Scientist with expertise in Psychosocial problems and with extensive experience in designing and implementing interventions, under various projects, in refugee/migration response and in vulnerable groups who are at the risk of social marginalization. She is currently working as a Mental Health Psychosocial Support Coordinator for the projects of Terre des hommes Hellas, focusing on promoting Child Protection and Child Safeguarding practices in refugee/migrants residing in open accommodation sites across Greece and in general population as well, providing relevant services and support.
