In many cases, victims of school abuse do not dare to seek help or do not know where to ask for help. It is the responsibility of adults to notice the signs of abuse.

What exactly is bullying? It has three main characteristics: it is a regularly recurring, intentional violence and unequal in terms of power relations. Can be verbal, emotional, physical or sexual in nature, and usually the abuser is not alone with the victim, but the abuse takes place in front of several eyewitnesses.

The professionals at the Victims Support Centers use a series of podcasts to help parents and educators understand how to recognize signs of school abuse. Check the videos!
