ChildHub, Europe’s largest child protection community, joined the affiliate programme of FutureLearn, Coursera and edX, the top three providers of online courses. By choosing to take a certified course on these platforms, you can directly support ChildHub (at no additional cost to you).

Coursera, FutureLearn and edX host online courses, degrees and professional programmes in various fields of study, offered by leading universities and organisations across the world. ChildHub created a selection of the most relevant courses in child protection, care and education on each of these platforms:

  1. Courses on FutureLearn
  2. Courses on Coursera
  3. Courses on edX

These lists are continuously updated with new offerings.

Most of the courses can be followed for free, at your own pace. You will benefit from the expertise of renowned professionals, acquire new knowledge and connect with learners from different countries. Additionally, if you wish to receive proof of completion for any course, certificates are provided at a cost of roughly 30–50 EUR.

By joining the affiliate programme of these platforms, we encourage our members and visitors to register on FutureLearn, Coursera, and edX through the course links and descriptions on our site. If you decide to take a course and request a certificate, ChildHub will receive a commission of 10–20% of the certificate’s price, at no additional cost to you. Hence, in taking a course you will help our community develop and continue to offer its services.

For six years, ChildHub has been delivering free webinars and online courses, news and resources, as well as vacancies in child protection. Complementarily to the online platform, ChildHub supports capacity building, networking and advocacy initiatives for the benefit of children in numerous countries in Southeast Europe. To continue to provide these activities, we are seeking to diversify our funding sources, including through the affiliate programme of Coursera, FutureLearn and edX.

If you wish to support ChildHub in any other way, please reach out at info@childhub.org.
