A student movement called Adom, reported on how children infected with coronavirus are bullied and abused by their peers. Some children attend school only to find out later that they were carrying the virus. These children are shamed for attending school when they didn't realize they were sick.

Dr. Szilvia Gyurkó emphasizes that excluding children has the same effect as verbal or physical abuse. It is important that teachers and parents immediately speak up if they experience this type of harassment, as it takes a long time to recover from such abuse.
