The organization of the school year 2020/2021 in the conditions of the COVID 19 pandemic

The Ministry of Education and Science through this guide determines the rules approved by the NIPH - National Institute of Public Health, under which the school year 2020/21 will begin. The guideline defines responsibilities, hygienic protection measures, risk levels and access to marginalized groups such as children with socio-economic difficulties, children / students from minorities and refugees and children / students with special needs.

In the General Guide, among other things, the scenarios for the organization of learning in pandemic conditions are defined:

  • Scenario A envisages returning to schools or teaching with presence in preschool institutions and schools, with preventive measures.
  • Scenario B envisages partial return to schools or combined teaching-presence in schools and E-learning.
  • Scenario C envisages E-learning
