A report is prepared by Praxis within the project “Legal Assistance to Persons of Risk of Statelessness in Serbia”, funded by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.  The report provides an overview of recent achievements and remaining obstacles in the field of of the exercise of the right to birth registration, acquisition of citizenship and permanent residence registration. The report offers recommendations for further acting of relevant stakeholders.
