This program is addressed to all adolescents who in one form or another have encountered bullying in their school life.
The program is organized on several modules:
Module 1. Let's get to know each other. Me and the others - gives you the opportunity, through the proposed exercises, to think about the aspects that define us, the people: what we look like, what sets us apart from each other, our need to have friends and the difficulties we may have , when we establish relationships with others.
Module 2. Let's talk about bullying - includes information about bullying behavior and its forms of manifestation, about the consequences in the short and long term on the lives of adolescents.
Module 3. The power is in my choice - it includes exercises and practical recommendations related to the management of bullying situations.
The program is developed by the Terre des hommes Moldova Foundation as part of the “Joint efforts to end bullying in Moldova” project, funded by UNICEF Moldova.
The program is available in Romanian and Russian.
