Young members of the Child Advisory Board (CAB) in Albania were a cornerstone for the i-RESTORE project. They worked with the project's team from September 2019 to November 2021, acting as a steering committee to make sure children's voices are heard and their opinions are taken into account in every aspect concerning children.

The CAB members were trained on children's rights and restorative justice, public speaking, media and art. These multidisciplinary skills helped them to develop an awareness-raising campaign about the benefits of restorative justice and empower them to keep advocating for their rights and spreading knowledge among their peers.

Check their leaflet, poster and videos, and help us disseminate their hard work!

If you wish you know more, you can watch the presentation of this campaign during the closing i-RESTORE event.

Co-founded by the Justice Programme of the European Union and implemented by Terre des hommes Europe, in partnership with Terre des hommes Greece, Terre des hommes Romania, the European Forum for Restorative Justice and Restorative Justice Nederland, i-RESTORE used an innovative approach to promote the use of restorative justice in cases involving child victims, by empowering children to advocate for better protection of child victims and raising awareness on child-friendly restorative justice both among professionals, decision-makers and young people.

It was made possible also thanks to the enthusiasm and hard work of our Child Advisory Board members in Albania: Anja, Denada, Ela, Albion, Bjorni, Eusebio, Monika, Kevin, Xhensila, Paola.
