Detecting and addressing burnout in the field (Child Hub Video)

This video features a brief interview with Terre des hommes regional coordinator Vera Dimitrievska, in which she talks about the ways of detecting and addressing the issue of burnout among social workers working with the refugees. Talking from her own experience in working with the refugees at the border points between Macedonia and Serbia and Croatia and Serbia, Vera discusses the recognizable symptoms of burnout, the ways in which organizations deal with burnouts as well as the measures that should be taken in order to prevent it.
