The Know-How Center for Alternative Care for Children, NBU, together with MLSP of the Republic of Bulgaria, Cedar Foundation, UNICEF, SOS Children's Villages, Eurochild, Hope and Homes for Children and the Lumos Foundation, kindly invite you to participate in the international conference "Deinstitutionalization of childcare: investing in change", which will be held from 5-8 November 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The conference will bring together EU representatives, government institutions, local government, academia, international and national non-governmental organizations and the media.
