JUVENILE JUSTICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

This study represents a first attempt to assess the situation of children in conflict with the law in the Republic of Moldova. The conclusions of this study highlight the need to develop a comprehensive and distinct juvenile justice system in the Republic of Moldova that would ensure respect for the rights of all children who come into conflict with the law.
