The CATS (Children as Actors for Transforming Society) Forum will be held for the fifth time this summer, from 29 July to 4 August at the Caux castle in Switzerland.

Since 2013, CATS has brought over 1,160 people together, doing their best to balance the numbers of children and adults. Last year, it was almost a 50/50 split. This year, organisers hope to do even better.

CATS is a great opportunity for all generations to learn and grow together as individuals. The Forum is open to people of all ages and from all backgrounds. The theme of the Forum this year is How to reach an inclusive world.

Eurochild has supported the CATS initiative from its beginning and they continue to do so behind the scenes, but sadly they will not be able to offer financial support to delegations this year. Eurochild encourages their members to look for other means of funding to be able to send people of all ages to take part in this magical week in the Swiss Alps.
