Since January 2016, ARSIS has been involved in implementing the 4-year project "At-Risk Youth Social Empowerment - ARYSE". Co-ordinator for the implementation of this project is NGO Juventas (Montenegro) in partnership with the Schüler Helfen Leben Foundation (Germany) and five civil society organizations in five Western Balkan countries, including ARSIS from Albania. The project is financially supported by the European Union (EuropeAid / 150147 / DH / ACT / PRAREG).

Under this project, it is issued an open call for awarding small grants to support the implementation of projects by civil society organizations to improve the social inclusion of children and youth at risk in Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia , Kosovo and Serbia.

You can find attached the instructions, the application package and the notification in English. The latest submission deadline is October 22, at 23.59.
