On The World Children’s day, 20 November, international agencies and organizations (European Union, UNICEF, Save the Children, World Vision and Terre des hommes) make a stand for disadvantaged children so that they could receive more government support every year.

In Tirana, buildings of the Ministries of Health and Social Protection, Ministry of Education and at the Mother’s Teresa Square display messages under the slogan #Reimagine of children who wish children in need a better and safer future countrywide.

Even though millions of children had been provided with a better life thank the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989, our task is to focus on children who are still waiting to be noticed.

With the COVID-19 pandemic going on, the negative impact on the youth and adolescents’ lives will be long-lasting, even if the population receives vaccines. For this reason, it is essential for children to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation and learn how to invest in a healthy post-coronavirus world.
