A guide to implementing a program of support for young people without parental care in the process of independence, ie leaving home or family accommodation, was created within the project "Together we are stronger - A Support Program for Empowering Youth Without Parental Care."

The content of this publication should be of benefit to civil society organizations involved in supporting young people without parental care, social care professionals who are able to follow the process of youth independence from the system, but also to all those interested in actively contribute to the advancement of the position of young people without parental care.
